Returns with Coco Beautiful are easy! Just e-mail us for a return slip and we will e-mailed you back one to print out. If you have any questions or need assistance, please call us at 602-881-5710 (Monday - Friday 9:00AM -5:00PM MST Time) or email us at hello@cocobeautifulboutique.com STORE CREDIT All returned items are for STORE CREDIT ONLY and does not include original shipping costs. Return shipping is the customers responsibility and we recommend that you send the item(s) back using either USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number as we will not be responsible for items that are lost or damaged while in-transit to us. CLEARANCE ITEMS Clearance Items are listed in the Clearance section of our website and are notated with "Final Sale" in the products name. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. Shipping and Handling


All orders shipped in the continental United States over $50.00 receive free standard shipping. If you need to modify your order, please contact us immediately at hello@cocobeautifulboutique.com or Private message Coco Beautiful Boutique on Facebook. Orders cannot be canceled once they are placed and we are not able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

Currently, Coco Beautiful ships to all 50 U.S. states, PO Boxes, main U.S. territories and possessions. Please remember that delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. You will be notified by email regarding any expected delays. Coco Beautiful will contact you if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or there is an issue with your order. 

All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends, holidays & sitewide sales). It may be necessary to send your order in two or more shipments. Shipping charges apply only to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping charges for additional packages on the same order. Restrictions may apply.

  • Coco Beautiful Boutique is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail. USPS/ Post Office will be responsible once we ship your order.·

  •  If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
